Text message (SMS) terms
These terms cover text messages from Federal Communications On Command (Move-In Utilities). Last updated September 29, 2026.
The program
Federal Communications On Command, an independent authorized dealer of Kinetic by Windstream, Spectrum and T-Fiber internet service, sends text messages about orders you place with us — confirmations, availability, installation scheduling and follow-up — and, if you agreed, about internet service offers. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
How you join
By checking the consent box on one of our order forms, or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of purchase: you can order without checking the box, and we will then contact you only about that order.
How often
Message frequency varies with your order.
Cost
Msg & data rates may apply. We never charge for our texts.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message (or QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE). You will get one text confirming you are unsubscribed, and then no more texts from us. You can also tell us on a call, or call us at a number below — any reasonable way of telling us works. We honor every request right away, and always within 10 business days.
